We get on every roof we assess and document the damage ourselves before your adjuster arrives, with photographs, measurements, and written descriptions for every damaged area.

When your adjuster comes out, we meet them on-site and walk the roof together. If the initial estimate is short, we supplement with documented items that were missed. We understand the Xactimate estimating platform that most insurers use, so we're working in the same language as the adjuster when we go line by line through the scope.
