We guide that process from the start: a design consultation to establish your style direction, a selections schedule that keeps decisions moving at the pace of the construction timeline, and technical verification on every item before it's ordered. We check rough-in compatibility, circuit requirements, lead times, and finish coordination across every piece. If something won't work or won't arrive in time, we know before it becomes a problem on the jobsite.

Our relationships with plumbing showrooms, tile distributors, countertop fabricators, and lighting galleries across Metro Detroit give you access to premium lines from Kohler, Delta, Moen, and Brizo — with our team there to provide the technical context a showroom salesperson can't always give. We track every order from placement through delivery, coordinating arrival dates across multiple vendors so materials are on site when our crews need them.
