Factory double vanities are built to standard widths with standard drawer configurations and standard interiors. If your bathroom is 96 inches wide and you want the vanity centered with equal open floor space on each side, a stock unit in a standard size probably doesn't fit that math. We build to your exact wall dimensions and design the interior layout around what you actually store — deep drawers for hair tools, pull-out hamper compartments, and adjustable shelving for items that vary in size.

Plumbing rough-in locations for a double vanity get set during the framing phase, not improvised around a cabinet after the fact. We position supply lines, drains, and P-traps to land in clean, accessible locations inside the cabinet — not through the back panel or down the middle of a drawer run. That coordination between cabinetry dimensions and plumbing rough-in is what makes the finished installation look intentional rather than worked-around.

We top custom vanities with precision-templated quartz, marble, or solid-surface countertops with undermount sinks. Hardware selections — faucets, cabinet pulls, towel bars, lighting — are coordinated as a palette so the finish metals read consistently throughout the space. Every vanity is leveled, anchored to wall studs, and sealed at the backsplash before we consider the installation complete.
