Bathroom remodels are technically demanding because you're combining plumbing, tile, electrical, and finish carpentry in a small, wet space where every detail has to be right. We do full gut-to-studs bathroom renovations throughout Southeast Michigan — down to the framing, then back up with proper waterproofing, new rough-in, tile, vanity, fixtures, and lighting.
Waterproofing is where we see the most shortcuts on renovation work. We use bonded sheet or liquid membranes on all shower walls and floors — not just tar paper and hope. Every penetration, corner, and transition gets sealed before a single tile goes down. That's what keeps a bathroom performing for 20 years instead of needing another remodel in 10.
We also handle smaller-scope bathroom upgrades: replacing a shower, swapping out a vanity and fixtures, adding heated floors to an existing tile installation. Not every project is a full gut job. We'll tell you what the scope actually needs to be and price accordingly.
