Architectural shingles from GAF, CertainTeed, and Owens Corning install as complete manufacturer warranty systems. For flat sections over garages, porches, and additions, we install single-ply TPO or EPDM membrane heat-welded at every seam.
Beyond the roof itself, we fabricate and install seamless aluminum gutters on-site, upgrade attic ventilation and add self-regulating heated cables on homes with chronic ice dam problems, and handle storm damage documentation and insurance coordination when hail or wind causes the damage. We pull all permits, coordinate inspections, and manage the administrative side from permit application to final sign-off.
